Starting end of July, after the discovery phase and consultation with the selected community, ICN will produce a quarterly calendar of events — all free to attend.

Community Lab
Meetings with community citizens, local institutions, businesses and leaders to explore the interest of South East Ontario communities in participating in ‘Shaping Canada’s Future Together’. Community selection by mid-July.
July 2026
Two discussion panels
Discussion panels with members of the selected community — exploring needs, wants, experiences and visions — followed by an online survey.
July 2026
Program Definition
Definition of program content with community members and publication of the first quarterly calendar of events.
