Claude Tellier
Psychotherapist
A certified trauma practitioner and psychotherapist based in Ottawa, with more than 40 years of combined education, professional experience, and personal insight. She helps individuals better understand human behaviour, emotional patterns, trauma, resilience, and pathways to meaningful change. Previously a criminologist, coach, mentor and senior executive in the Public Service of Canada. Gold medallist at the World Dragon Boat Championships in Thailand and Germany.

José Pou
Communication Design
José Pou is a filmmaker, story artist, and animator with over 25 years of experience in television animation. He has worked with Disney, Nickelodeon, Warner Bros., and DreamWorks on award-winning productions including The Loud House, Wild Kratts, Big Blue, and DC Super Hero Girls: Super Shorts. His latest independent short film, Crazy House (2025), was an Official Selection at the Toronto Animation Arts Festival International (TAAFI). José is the Co-Founder of The Animation Platform and co-host of its podcast, where he champions independent creators through mentorship, performance-driven visual storytelling, and community-building.

David Harries
Foresight Expert
Educated as a nuclear engineer (Dipl Eng, MSc, PhD), David has worked as a senior military officer, consultant in personal and corporate security, and senior advisor and professor in heavy engineering, humanitarian aid, post-conflict response, executive development and university education. Fellow of the World Academy of Arts & Sciences, former Chair of the Canadian Pugwash Group, and a Foresight Specialist applying foresight methods to advance human security.

Public / Private Partnerships
A proven track record in corporate strategy, funding, proposal and business plan development, market expansion, and project management across numerous international projects and industry sectors. Extensive experience creating joint ventures, strategic alliances and partnerships involving governments, NGOs and community groups — with a focus on Indigenous economic development and public safety.

Guy Dancause
Organizational Infrastructures
A community-focused strategist and program builder working across Indigenous entrepreneurship, community futures, applied foresight, and practical AI adoption. Guy has supported major initiatives including Encounters with Canada, the National Indigenous Entrepreneurship Program, and NIWee. Recipient of the 2022 United Way Community Builder Award.
